ABOUT BESTBUDDY
Over ons – BestBuddy als merk is ontstaan vanuit verschillende behoeftes die in de markt van hondensnacks gehoord werden. Na jarenlange ervaring op het gebied van in- en verkoop van vlees voor de humane consumptie en verkoop van hondensnacks op de Europese markt is er een productlijn ontstaan van pure en eerlijke snacks. Zeer smakelijk voor hond en kat en een helder en transparant verhaal aan hun eigenaren.
Het bedrijf BestBuddy-Pets B.V. heeft een directe relatie met Unifood Europe B.V., een bedrijf dat handel drijft in voer en voeding, binnen Europa en daarbuiten. Het is ook deze relatie die garant staat voor de kwaliteit van de grondstoffen voor BestBuddy snacks.

The permanent BestBuddy team consists of Mike and Dorien Zuidland.
Mike's love for meat is in the blood. For generations, his family provided customers with a tasty piece of meat. As a little boy, Mike was allowed to help his father and grandfather with the slaughter and the seed was sown for a career in the world of food and feed. Early on, he was trained to treat animals with respect, whether they were kept for hobby or for slaughter. And once slaughtered, Mike always looks for the way the meat works best. The origin of BestBuddy can also be found directly here. Muscle meat that remains after processing for human consumption is the raw material for our snacks.
Dorien also grew up with animals, albeit more as a hobby. Care for people and animals always has a prominent place in her life. Her career started in health care after a degree in nursing. Later, a holistic horse riding instructor training was added. She is interested in working with people and animals, taking care of their health and observing and adjusting behavior between humans and animals. Within BestBuddy she is the point of contact for anyone who wants to have the tastiest snacks in their range to pamper dogs and cats in the Netherlands and beyond.
